Information collected

When you submit a session request, Thrum may collect your name, request type, client relationship, session interest, preferred contact method, contact details, and the general movement or activity goal you share. A Community Access Hours application may also collect organization, role, location, population, participation, space, accessibility, scheduling, coordinator, and environmental or safety information.

Who operates the site and how information is used

Inner Thrum LLC operates this website and uses Thrum as its client-facing name. Thrum uses submitted information to respond to your request, provide practical session details, discuss availability, and schedule only when you choose to proceed. Inquiry information is not sold.

Do not submit sensitive medical information

The form is not a medical intake, diagnosis tool, or emergency service. Do not include diagnoses, test results, insurance information, government identifiers, or other sensitive health details.

Hosting, email delivery, security, and service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to a designated Thrum inbox using Cloudflare email infrastructure and Google Gmail, and may also be stored in a private Cloudflare database when that optional storage is enabled. These providers may process the information and technical data needed to deliver, protect, and operate the service.

Retention and requests

Thrum retains inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, follow-up, business records, and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@innerthrum.com.

This notice may be updated as the website, inquiry workflow, or service providers change. The current version will be posted on this page.
