01

Service and fit

What Thrum is

What is Thrum?

Mobile movement coaching. Bring one real task or activity; Thrum guides a few useful options, checks the task again, and teaches a plan you can repeat.

Do I need to be flexible, fit, or athletic?

No. Sessions can begin seated, supported, standing, no-floor, or with little equipment.

Who will I work with?

Current private sessions are led by Miguel Caraballo, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED training. View his LinkedIn profile.

Will there be hands-on work?

Only with clear consent. You can decline or stop at any time, and a hands-off option remains available.

02

Visit and cost

What the appointment requires

What does the first session cost?

Individual Intro: one person, 60 minutes, $60. Partner Intro: two people, 60 minutes total, $100. Small groups: three to six people, 60 minutes, $40 per person ($120–$240 total).

Where do sessions happen?

At your home, a park, a permitted workplace, or another approved setting. Thrum is based in Lorain and serves the wider region.

What space or clothing do I need?

About 6 × 8 feet of clear space, a stable chair, and comfortable clothing are usually enough. Have activity shoes available when they relate to your goal.

How are mobile visit charges handled?

A distance-based visit charge may apply. Eligible 60- and 90-minute sessions inside Lorain receive a local waiver. The total is confirmed before booking.

Do I pay when I send the request?

No. The form is an inquiry only. A personal reply usually arrives within two business days.

03

Safety and support

Comfort, consent, and scope

What if a movement hurts or feels wrong?

Stop and tell the practitioner. The movement can be reduced, changed, or skipped.

Can Thrum help around an injury?

Thrum can support general movement goals when the request fits its coaching scope. Injuries that need diagnosis, rehabilitation, or return-to-play clearance should be handled by an appropriately licensed clinician.

Will I get something to practice?

Usually one to three options with the purpose, setup, cues, suggested amount, and a stop or modify rule.

How is my information handled?

The form asks for general goals and contact details—not detailed medical records. See the Privacy Notice.

Still unsure?

Share the goal and ask for a brief call.

No payment is collected, and nothing is booked until the details fit.
